Saturday 28th July - Frickley Athletic 2-1 Winterton Rangers

Frickley deserved this success against an enthusiastic Rangers, who never gave up trying to cause an upset in this friendly.
A free-kick from Chris White was well saved by visiting keeper Ben Simpson in the seventh minute, while Richard Medcalf won the ball and beat his marker before putting a 20 yard lob just over two minutes later.
Winterton almost struck with their first threatening attack in the 16th minute, a pass from Phil Jackson being flicked on by Steve Underwood and Jon Hood had to go full stretch to smother the ball, and the Frickley goalkeeper blocked two efforts from Steve Ward at point blank range five minutes later.
Frickley took the lead on the half hour, Nathan Hotte finding Lee Morris on the right and his cross was lashed in at the far post by Richard Medcalf.
An overhead kick by Ward was turned over the bar by Hood two minutes later, and the keeper had to get down quickly to smother an effort from Danny Clarke.
The Blues lost Dean Jones through injury in the 44th minute, Steve Robinson coming on, and there was a lively start to the second half, Simpson palming away a snap shot from Morris in the opening minute.
Robinson sustained a knock in the 57th minute and was replaced by Aaron Senior, while Remo Nesa and Ryan Morton were also introduced for Hotte and Chris White.
Rangers equalised in the 57th minute, Mark Whitehouse bursting past three defenders on the left and beating Hood with an angled shot.
Danny Davidson replaced Medcalf and restored the Blues advantage in the 68th minute, collecting a through ball and drilling a 25 yard drive under the advancing keeper.
Frickley brought on Adam Nicklin for Hood in the 70th minute, and he was soon in action, saving from Steve Ward before making a point blank stop from Underwood.
A free-kick by Morton was diverted behind in the 80th minute and, from the corner, Davidson had a first time shot blocked on the line.
Winterton never gave up, and Nicklin went full lenth to grasp a low shot from Clarke in the closing minutes.
