Saturday 14th April - AFC Telford United 4-1 Frickley Athletic

Telford completed a UniBond Premier Division double over Frickley, taking the lead with the first serious attack of the game in the tenth minute.
A swift move from defence to attack saw Lee Moore race from midfield and evade two challenges before firing a low 20 yard shot into the net.
The Blues responded a minute later, Ashley Vickers striking an 18 yard drive which was comfortably saved by Stuart Brock.

Switching play from left to right in the 19th minute proved fruitful for the home side, Lee Vaughan picking out an unmarked Gary Birch who scored at the far post.

Frickley manager Billy Heath immediately moved Steve Robinson into midfield, playing just three at the back, and was rewarded within 60 seconds, Robinson playing the ball to Steve Oleksewycz who laid it back for Calum Selby to put a first time 25 yard left foot volley into the net.
Steve Foster fired straight at Jon Hood in the 29th minute, but Telford got their third goal in the 40th minute, a throw-in on the left being won by the home side and the ball fell to Lee Moore who drilled a low shot into the left hand corner.
Two minutes after the interval, Vaughan sent a 20 yard angled shot just over the target before a misunderstanding between Hood and Steve Heath in the 49th minute allowed Steve Foster to swing the ball across the face of goal and Gary Birch knocked it back for Vaughan to head in.
A high ball into the Telford penalty area in the 59th minute was flicked on by Oleksewycz to Paul Palmer, but his shot on the turn was well held by Brock.
Ross Haywood put in a cross from the left in the 73rd minute which fell to Adam Pollock who laid it back to Palmer and his shot was this time deflected into the path of Scott Turner but his snap shot was smothered by the home keeper.
Five minutes later, Richard Teasdale headed just over for Telford, but Frickley never gave up and, in the last minute, Oleksewycz and Richard Medcalf combined on the edge of the penalty area for the former to strike a 16 yard shot which Brock managed to smother on the line.
